RETURN POLICY (valid for US orders only)
At Retro Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please follow these steps:
- Ensure the item is in perfect condition, as received: with original packaging, tags, and labels (including hygiene liners for swimwear); unwashed; without any damages or signs of use.
- Download and complete the Return Form from our website.
- Re-pack the item using the original box, including the completed Return Form.
- Ship the package to the return address provided on our website.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they are in perfect condition, we will issue a full refund. This process can take up to 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you haven’t received the refund after this period, please check with your bank and credit card company.
RETURN POLICY (valid for international orders)
We accept returns from orders outside the US; however, we do not provide return labels for these orders. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us if you have questions regarding returns for international orders.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Purchases and exchanges made in Retro Swimwear stores cannot be returned to the Online Store, and vice versa. Exchanges and returns must be made exclusively through the channel where the item was purchased. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not refund initial shipping charges for returned goods.
EXCHANGES
To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, Retro Swimwear offers exchanges on all non-sale items within a 30-day period. To proceed, return your item following the steps above and place a new order on our website.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Retro Swimwear is known for its high-quality manufacturing standards. If you notice any defect in the items you have purchased, you can exchange them for a new product within 30 days from the receiving date. Please contact us with your order number, and we will guide you on how to proceed.
Garments made of synthetic leather may exhibit some imperfections in texture and color variation. Strictly follow the washing instructions. We are not responsible for improper use of these pieces.
DENIED RETURNS
If we detect any nonconformity in your returned or exchanged items, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange. Nonconformity includes any type of damage, alterations, signs of use, or missing required items (original packaging, tags, labels, hygiene liners, etc.).
FINAL SALE
No refunds or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or at a discount, unless they present a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the receiving date.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you are purchasing a gift for someone else, we recommend acquiring one of our gift cards instead of the item itself. However, if you have purchased an item and it doesn’t fit the recipient, you will be responsible for managing any return process.
